Do you offer tracking services?

Yes we offer advanced tracking services. Once your order is placed, a dedicated Account Manager will be in touch with all the information you need to keep you informed all the way. 

How can I return an Item?

Most items can be returned. We offer clearly detailed return information per order prior to payment. 

Can I cancel my order?

Once orders are shipped, they can no longer be cancelled. We notify you once the order is prepared and about to ship. You can cancel up until shipping. 

What are the delivery types?

We can have the goods delivered to our local warehouses for pickup or arrange delivery to your building site. 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa and Mastercard and bank transfer. 

Can I change my order?

Yes! You can usually change your order unless the factory has already processed it. Do bear in mind that such changes may affect the delivery schedules though. 

Which countries do you serve?

Makkola provides services and ships to all countries in Africa.
